We realize your schedule is busy and try to be as accommodating as possible.  New patient preventative appointments are schedule between 8:00 am and 3:15 pm.  We reserve after school hours for current patients of record.

​

Dental treatment appointments are typically scheduled before 12:00 pm as children do best in the morning.  We reserve after-school hours for those patients our doctors deem old enough and mature enough for treatment later in the day.  These appointments are situational and are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Please be prepared to provide Dental Insurance information when calling to schedule an appointment.  Please be advised that our office will complete and submit your insurance claims to achieve maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled  Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred.   We urge you to be familiar with your coverage and any limitations of benefits.

If your insurance information has changed please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.

Please bring the patient's insurance card to all appointments.

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  In the case of legal guardianship other than biological parents, please be prepared to show proper legal documentation of custody.

Parents and guardians must remain on the premises for the length of the entire appointment.  No care will be provided if there is not a parent of guardian on the premises.
